RCT Art Sessions 

 A space to learn new skills, unwind and engage in the artmaking process with peers. 

This nine-week project at Rhondda Cynon Taf Domestic Abuse Services focused on using artmaking to build a sense of self-confidence and self-efficacy for participants. Each activity was designed with the participants' suggestions in mind, taking into account the materials and skills they were interested in learning. Creating a space for participants to unwind and foster connections with each other was another key aim of this project.
